超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Phacoemulsification and Cataract Extraction in the Treatment of Angle Closure Glaucoma and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:观察分析超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼患者的临床效果以及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年08月至2021年08月赤壁市人民医院眼科收治的闭角型青光眼患者312例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组156例。对照组采用小梁切除术治疗,观察组采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,比较2组的治疗效果和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:观察组手术有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼效果确切,能够显著减少闭角型青光眼患者术后并发症,改善其睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and cataract extraction in patients with angle closure glaucoma and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:From August 2020 to August 2021,312 patients with angle closure glaucoma included in Chibi People′s Hospital were divided into control group(trabeculectomy)and observation group(phacoemulsification cataract extraction)according to random number table method,with 156 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and cataract extraction is effective in the treatment of cataract.It can significantly reduce the postoperative complications of patients with angle closure glaucoma and improve their sleep quality.It is worthy of wide reference and popularization in modern clinical practice.
