观察中医穴位贴敷联合阿普唑伦治疗2型糖尿病伴失眠的效果及对糖脂代谢的影响

To Observe the Effect of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Alprazolam in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 with Insomnia and Its Effect on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism

目的:观察中医穴位贴敷联合阿普唑伦治疗2型糖尿病伴失眠的效果及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年8月开平市中心医院收治的2型糖尿病伴失眠患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予阿普唑仑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医穴位贴敷治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用失眠严重程度指数(ISI)比较2组患者干预前后失眠症状的改善情况,比较2组患者干预前后糖脂代谢水平的差异,同时比较2组患者治疗有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分、ISI评分显著低于对照组,观察组糖脂代谢水平各指标均显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病伴失眠患者应用中医穴位贴敷联合阿普唑伦治疗可显著改善患者糖脂代谢水平,改善失眠症状,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with alprazolam in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 with insomnia and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods:A total of 86 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and insomnia admitted to Kaiping Downtown Hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with alprazolam,and the observation group was treated with TCM acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality between the two groups before and after intervention.Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)was used to compare the improvement of insomnia symptoms before and after intervention.Compare the difference of glucose and lipid metabolism and the treatment efficiency of 2 groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,PSQI score and ISI score were significantly lower than the control group,glucose and lipid metabolism levels in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupoint application combined with alprazolam in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 patients with insomnia can significantly improve the glucose and lipid metabolism level of patients,improve the symptoms of insomnia and improve the treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical application.
