摘要
目的:探讨鸟巢式护理对新生儿睡眠质量及生长发育的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月蚌埠市第三人民医院出生的新生儿60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展鸟巢式护理。比较2组新生儿体质量、身高、睡眠时间以及肠道功能。结果:护理后,观察组新生儿体质量、身高均优于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组平均睡眠时间、夜间最长持续睡眠时间均较对照组长(均P<0.05);观察组新生儿进奶增加量以及每日排便次数均较对照组多(均P<0.05),观察组胎便转黄时间较对照组早(P<0.05)。观察组出生1个月后的新生儿行为神经测定量表(NBNA)得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的疼痛感知得分、出暖箱时间、体温波动均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:采用鸟巢式护理模式对新生儿进行干预,整体效果良好,可促进新生儿生长发育,改善其睡眠质量,提升肠道功能和生理功能,促进神经发育,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of bird nest nursing on sleep quality and growth of newborns.Methods:A total of 60 neonates born in Bengbu Third People′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out bird nest type nursing.Weight,height gain,sleep duration and intestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results:The weight and height of neonates in the observation group increased significantly compared with the control group(Ps<0.05).The average sleep time and the longest sleep duration at night in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The increase of neonatal milk intake and daily defecation times in the observation group were more than those in the control group(Ps<0.05),and the time of stool turning yellow in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)score of the observation group after 1 month of birth was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain perception,time out of the incubator and temperature fluctuation of neonates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The bird nest nursing model has a good overall effect on neonatal intervention,which can promote the growth and development of neonates,improve their sleep quality,improve intestinal function and physiological function,and promote neural development.
