优质护理干预在慢性肾衰竭患者护理中的应用及其对患者睡眠质量的影响

Application of High Quality Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨优质护理对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年2月福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理,比较2组患者护理后肾功能各项指标及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分。分析患者护理后的生命质量及护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者血红蛋白(HGB)、白细胞(WBC)、肌酐(Cr)和血尿素氮(BUN)水平均高于对照组,而PSQI总分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生命质量平均得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理应用于慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗中,能进一步改善患者的肾功能,并改善患者的睡眠质量,提高整体治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on renal function and sleep quality in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 70 patients with chronic renal failure who were admitted to Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The renal function indexes and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)total scores were compared between the two groups after nursing.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients after nursing were analyzed.Results:After nursing intervention,the levels of hemoglobin(HGB),white blood cells(WBC),creatinine(Cr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the total PSQI score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(Ps<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing in the treatment of chronic renal failure can further improve the renal function of patients and improve the sleep quality of patients,so as to improve the overall treatment effect.
