快速康复护理对胸腔镜行肺结节切除术患者肺功能及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Training on Pulmonary Function and Sleep of Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Pulmonary Nodule Resection

目的:探讨快速康复护理对胸腔镜行肺结节切除术患者肺功能的恢复及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年1月深圳市人民医院收治的胸腔镜行肺结节切除术患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予快速康复护理干预,比较2组患者术后肺功能恢复情况、术后并发症发生率以及治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:1)观察组患者的肺功能指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2)观察组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)观察组患者的睡眠质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对胸腔镜行肺结节切除术患者进行快速康复护理能够有效地改善患者的肺功能,减少术后并发生症发生率,提高患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation on the recovery of lung function and sleep quality in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection.Methods:A total of 40 patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection in Shenzhen People′s Hospital from August 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid recovery.The pulmonary function recovery and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups,and the sleep quality before and after treatment was compared between the two groups by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results:1)The improvement of lung function index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2)The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3)The sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection can effectively improve the lung function of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the sleep of patients.
