优质护理对单纯性肋骨骨折患者疼痛及睡眠的影响

Influence of High-quality Nursing for Pain and Sleep of Patients with Simple Rib Fracture

目的:探讨优质护理对单纯性肋骨骨折患者疼痛及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年9月厦门市同安区中医医院收治的单纯性肋骨骨折患者79例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=40)。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行优质护理干预。比较2组护理前后的疼痛水平、睡眠质量及并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理后12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可显著改善单纯性肋骨骨折患者的疼痛水平及睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率,在单纯性肋骨骨折患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the influence of high-quality nursing for pain and sleep of patients with simple rib fracture.Methods:A total of 79 patients with simple rib fractures who were admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Tong′an District in Xiamen City in Xiamen from August 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The pain level,sleep quality and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group at 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can significantly improve the pain level and sleep quality of patients with simple rib fractures,reduce the incidence of complications,and has high application value in patients with simple rib fractures.
