右佐匹克隆联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍的效果及对患者神经功能和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Dexzopiclone Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia with Sleep Disorder and Its Effect on Neurological Function and Sleep Quality

目的:探究精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者应用右佐匹克隆联合奥氮平治疗的效果及对神经功能和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年2月湛江市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合奥氮平治疗,比较2种治疗方式的临床效果。结果:观察组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各项评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:应用右佐匹克隆联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者的疗效较好,可推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of dexzopiclone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenic patients with sleep disorders,and the effect on neurological function and sleep quality.Methods:The clinical data of 60 schizophrenic patients with sleep disorders admitted to Zhanjiang Third People′s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into groups according to the order of admission,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with dexzopicclone,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with olanzapine,and the differences between the two treatment methods were compared.Results:Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score,Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score and Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Dexzopiclone combined with olanzapine is effective in schizophrenic patients with sleep disorder.It is worthy of clinical application.
