健康教育护理在精神分裂症合并高血压患者中的应用效果和对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Health Education Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia Complicated with Hypertension and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨健康教育护理在精神分裂症合并高血压患者中实施的效果及对睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月三明市台江医院收治的精神分裂症合并高血压患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上实施健康教育。比较2组患者的负面情绪评分、睡眠质量评分和健康教育知晓率。结果:护理后,观察组的负面情绪评分比对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组的睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的健康知晓率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症合并高血压患者进行健康教育护理不仅能够获取较好的护理效果,还能够更好地改善患者的睡眠质量,提升其健康知识的知晓率。

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing clinical nursing methods in health education for patients with schizophrenia and hypertension and the effect of improving sleep quality.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,62 patients with schizophrenia combined with hypertension treated in Sanming Taijiang Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group according to the random double-blind method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received health education based on the nursing of the control group.The negative emotion score,sleep quality and health awareness rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The negative emotions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The health awareness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing in the health education of patients with schizophrenia and hypertension can obtain better nursing effects,improve the sleep quality of patients,and increase the awareness rate of patients′health knowledge.
