分析精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的相关因素及护理对策

Analysis of Schizophrenia Patients Sleep Disorder Related Factors and Nursing Countermeasures

目的:分析精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的相关因素及护理对策。方法:选取2018年5月至2021年5月山东省临沂市精神卫生中心收治的精神分裂症患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予康复护理干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者的睡眠质量改善情况,采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30评分)比较2组患者生命质量,同时比较2组患者治疗有效率及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组,治疗有效率显著高于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:康复护理在精神分裂症患者的治疗中具有较高的应用价值,不仅可以有效改善患者睡眠质量,还有助于提高患者的护理满意度与生命质量,构建良好的医患关系。

Objective:To analyze the related factors and nursing countermeasures of sleep disorder in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 96 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center of Shandong Province from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality between 2 groups,and QLQ-C30 score was used to compare the quality of life between 2 groups.Meanwhile,the treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction of 2 groups were compared.Results:After intervention,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,QLQ-C30 score was significantly higher than the control group,treatment efficiency was significantly higher than control group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing has a high application value in the treatment of schizophrenia patients,not only can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,but also help to improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients,and to build a good doctor-patient relationship.
