2018年和2020年西青区居民健康素养水平变化情况及影响因素

Changes and influencing factors of residents'health literacy level in Xiqing District in 2018 and 2020

目的 分析天津市西青区2018年和2020年居民健康素养水平变化情况,为有针对性地开展干预措施、制定卫生健康相关政策提供科学依据。方法 采用分层多阶段、按概率比例抽样、整群抽样相结合的方法,对西青区辖区内15-69岁常住居民进行抽样调查。结果 西青区15-69岁居民健康素养水平从25.33%提升至30.15%,干预效果显著(P<0.05)。6类健康素养水平的比较中科学健康观、传染病预防、安全与急救、基本医疗4个方面均得到提升,分别从51.76%、18.33%、62.81%和20.22%提升至64.22%、35.85%、69.89%和27.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2018-2020年西青区居民健康素养水平呈上升趋势,应加大力度进行居民健康素养知识普及宣传,进一步提高居民健康素养水平。

Objective To analyze the changes of residents'health literacy level in Xiqing District of Tianjin in 2018 and 2020,so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out targeted intervention measures and formulating health-related policies.Methods Stratified multi-stage,probability proportional sampling and cluster sampling were used to investigate the permanent residents aged 15-69 in Xiqing District.Results The health literacy level of residents aged 15-69 in Xiqing District increased from 25.33%to 30.15%.The intervention effect was significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of six kinds of health literacy levels,the scientific concept of health,infectious disease prevention,safety and first aid and basic medical treatment were improved from 51.76%,18.33%,62.81%and 20.22%to 64.22%,35.85%,69.89%and 27.47%respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The level of residents'health literacy in Xiqing District shows an upward trend from 2018 to 2020.We should strengthen the popularization and publicity of residents'health literacy knowledge to further improve the level of residents'health literacy.
