摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:水:氨水=5:95:0.3为流动相,使用C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在220nm波长下对试样中的单氰胺进行分离和定量分析。结果表明单氰胺的线性相关系数为0.9999;标准偏差为0.045;变异系数为0.092%;平均回收率为100.93%。
A reverse phase HPLC method was established to determine Cyanamide in SL formulation,using a mixture of water ammonia solution and methanol as mobile phase,C_(18) column and DAD detector at 220nm wavelength.The results showed that the linear correlation of 0.9999,the standard deviation of 0.045,the coefficient of variation of 0.092%,the average recovery of 100.93%was obtained.
