南京铁路公安处立足于智慧警务快速发展的当下,结合本处自身实际,深入探索刑侦工作改革创新举措,以党建带队建,以融合提战力,强化组织建设、制度建设、人才建设;努力探索铁路公安刑侦工作融合的新路径,围绕打造“四个铁一般”的刑侦队伍,优化刑侦办案流程,有效提升刑侦业绩;破除壁垒,积极探索直面实战、深度工作的刑侦融合改革举措,打造政治过硬、专业精干的人才团队。

With the rapid development of intelligent police,Nanjing Railway Public Security Division further implements the reform and innovation of investigation work,enhances the team capacity building by party building,promotes effectiveness by integration,strengthens the organizational structure,institutional construction and talent cultivation,and explores the new approach to railway criminal investigation.Based on its status,the Division constructs an investigation team with Four Iron-like,optimizes the investigation procedure,improves the work performance,breaks down the barriers,explores practice-oriented and integrated measures,and builds a politically-competent and professionally-capable team.
