摘要
目的 探讨游泳运动对小鼠肠道菌群组成和功能的影响。方法 选用8周龄C57BL/6雄鼠,随机分为运动组和静坐组,运动组小鼠游泳运动28天后分别对两组小鼠取粪便,送16s rRNA对粪便中的细菌做高通量测序,研究两组的肠道菌群改变。结果 4周游泳运动后,肠道菌群Observed species指数显著提高(P<0.05);主坐标分析显示,运动前后肠道菌群结构存在显著差异;运动后门水平上拟杆菌门丰度降低,厚壁菌门以及变形菌门丰度增加,属水平上迟缓埃格特菌属、另枝菌属、克里斯滕森菌属、真杆菌属、Ruminococcaceae-UCG-013、Ruminococcaceae-UCG-014以及异杆菌属丰度明显高于静坐组,在科水平上真杆菌科和瘤胃球菌科的丰度同样高于静坐组。结论 游泳运动可以调节肠道菌群,增加有益菌的丰度,提高能量代谢。
Objective To analyze the effect of swimming exercise on intestinal microflora composition and function of mice.Methods Eight-week-old MALE C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into the exercise group and the sitting group. After 28days of swimming, feces of mice in the exercise group were collected from the two groups, and 16S rRNA sequencing for fecal bacteria to compare the intestinal flora changes. Results After 4 weeks of swimming training the Observed species index of gut microbiota increased significantly(P<0.05);PCoA analysis showed that there were significant differences;the level of swimming exercise phylum Bacteroidetes was decreased, but Firmicutes and Proteobacteria was increased. The level of genus Eggerthella, Alistipes, Christensenellaceae, Eubacterium, Ruminococcaceae-UCG-013, Ruminococcaceae-UCG-014 and Allobaculum abundance was significantly higher than that control group, the level of family Eubacteriaceae and Ruminococcaceae abundance was significantly increased. Conclusion Swimming exercise can effectively alter the gut microbiota, and significantly increase the abundance of beneficial microbiota and energy metabolism.
