“工电供”融合背景下实训基地创新与实践——以辽宁铁道职业技术学院轨道交通综合实训基地为例

Innovation and Practice of Training Base under the Background of Maintenance-Communication Signal-Power Supply Integration

针对铁路设备昂贵、建设和维护成本高、现场工务与电务结合、工务与供电技术结合人才的需求,实现现场工务、电务、通信、供电一体化管理,发挥师生专业特长和潜能,探索了依托行业企业、师生动手设计施工、整合相关专业资源的建设基地的模式;建立专业协同师生共管机制;建成融合车、机、工、电、辆、供电、通信七大专业技术为一体的轨道交通综合性实训基地,实现各专业协同作业,打破专业限制,开展无界化的专业实训,服务于师生,助力铁路行业和区域经济发展。

In view of the expensive railway equipment and high cost of construction and maintenance,and the need for talents with track maintenance and communication and signal and power supply technologies,this paper proposes to realize the integrated management of track maintenance,signal maintenance,communication and power supply,and gives play to the professional potential of teachers and students.The college explores the mode to build the base relying on industry and enterprises,designed and constructed by teachers and students and integrating relevant professional resources.It establishes co-management mechanism of professional collaboration;builds a comprehensive practical training base for rail transit that integrates train operation,locomotives,track maintenance,signal maintenance,vehicle maintenance,power supply and communication.It realizes the collaborative work of all majors,breaks the professional restrictions,carries out unbounded professional training,serves teachers and students,and supports the development of railway industry and regional economy.
