高职院校人才培养“三融”模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of"Three Types of Integration"Mode of Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

就业导向、能力导向、市场导向是职业教育的宗旨。在当前高职院校人才培养模式下,存在产教融合深度不够、“工、学”错位、“课、证”分离、“学、用”脱节等现象。按照国家1+X证书制度的导向,辽宁铁道职业技术学院采用“产教融合、课证融通、学用融贯”的人才培养模式,改革人才培养目标,重建课程体系,创新教育理念、教学理念、方法和手段,坚持“对应岗位定规格、对照考证设课程、对接需求育人才”,提高了高职院校人才培养质量。

Employment orientation,ability orientation and market orientation are the purposes of vocational education.Under the current talent training mode of higher vocational colleges,there are phenomena such as insufficient depth of integration of industry and education,dislocation of"work and learning",separation of"course and certificate",and disconnection of"learning and application".According to the guidance of the national"1+X"certificate system,we explore the talent training mode of"integration of industry and education,curriculum certificate integration,and integrated learning and application".We reform the talent training objectives,rebuild the curriculum system,innovate in the education and teaching concepts,methods and means,formulate specifications in accordance with posts,offer courses in accordance with examination content,and cultivate talents in accordance with the needs,so as to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
