Study on the Mode of Deep Integration between Colleges and Enterprises of International Trade Practice Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前高职教育中校企合作非常普遍,几乎所有高职院校都有校外合作单位,但是双方合作的紧密度有待商榷。调研发现,当前高职教育中校企合作的程度浮于表面的居多,实质性合作较少。造成这种局面的原因是多方面的,有人事制度方面的障碍,也有经济效益方面的考量。如何加强校企合作,促进校企深度融合,使企业在优化高职院校人才培养中发挥重要作用的同时,又能提高经济效益,是非常有意义的议题。

Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is very common in higher vocational education.Almost all vocational colleges have external cooperative units,but the degree of the cooperation remains to be discussed.It is found that there is less substantial cooperation in higher vocational education.There are many reasons for this situation,including obstacles in the personnel system and consideration of economic benefits.It is a meaningful topic on how to strengthen and promote their cooperation,so that enterprises can not only play an important role in optimizing the talent training,but also get more economic benefits.
