高职院校科研育人保障体系的构建研究

On the Construction of Education Security System through Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges

科研育人是高职院校落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要途径之一。高职院校要达到面向全员的科研育人效果,不但需要上级主管部门出台并逐步完善相关政策和制度,还有赖于各高职院校根据自身情况对制度进行细化和补充,多级配合,以充分发挥相关政策和制度对科研育人的引领和促进作用;同时,要对高职院校科研育人工作进行有效的激励和促进,加大对教师的培养,通过优化专业人才培养方案、重构专业课程体系、搭建科研育人平台、完善实施保障等措施,来促进科研育人的全面实施。

Education through scientific research is one of the important ways in higher vocational colleges to implement morality education.To achieve the education effect of scientific research for all staff,it not only needs higher authorities to introduce and gradually improve relevant policies and systems,but also depends on each higher vocational college to refine and supplement the system according to its own situation,and cooperate at multiple levels,so as to give full play to the guidance of relevant policies and systems for education through scientific research.The comprehensive implementation can be promoted by optimizing the professional personnel training program,reconstructing the professional curriculum system,building the education platform,and improving the implementation guarantee.
