民族区域自治制度是中国共产党领导各族人民正确解决民族问题的伟大创举。内蒙古自治区是我国最早成立的省级自治单位,是稳固大后方的“模范自治区”,“要倍加珍惜、继续保持”。内蒙古在坚持和完善民族区域自治制度过程中,坚持“两个结合”,在政治、经济、文化、社会、生态各领域积累了丰富的经验,为党领导中国特色解决民族问题正确道路奠定了稳固的制度基础。新时代,内蒙古进一步坚持和完善民族区域自治制度,必将为推进民族自治地方治理体系和治理能力现代化、开启社会主义现代化建设新征程增添时代内涵。

The system of regional ethnic minority autonomy is a great initiative of the Communist Party of China to solve national problems.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the earliest ethnic minority autonomous region established in China.It enjoys the noble honor of“model autonomous region”to stabilize the rear area and“we should cherish it and continue to maintain it”.In the process of adhering to and improving the system of regional ethnic minority autonomy,Inner Mongolia has adhered to the“combination of the two”and accumulated rich experience in the political,economic,cultural,social and ecological fields,laying a solid institutional foun-dation for the Party to lead the correct path of solving ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,Inner Mongolia will further adhere to and improve the system of regional ethnic minority autonomy,which will surely contribute to add contemporary meaning to the modernization of the governance system and capacity of Ethnic Minority autonomous areas and the new journey of socialist modernization.
