摘要
针对环保型餐盘的产品特性和厂家的检测需要,设计了一种基于Halcon平台的环保餐盘边缘缺陷和表面污点的检测算法.通过工业相机拍摄环保餐盘的图像,再进行图像灰度化和阈值分割的预处理,根据不同缺陷进行边缘提取、圆度提取、分水岭算法和污点数量计算等方法获得环保餐盘的缺陷区域并进行检测.通过实验平台的多次测试,证明本检测算法检测准确性高,符合厂家的实际检测需求.
According to the product characteristics of environment-friendly plate and the detection needs of manufacturers,a detection algorithm of plate edge defects and surface stains based on Halcon platform is designed.The image of the dinner plate is shot by an industrial camera,and then the image is preprocessed by image graying and threshold segmentation.According to different defects,edge extraction,roundness extraction,watershed algorithm and stain number calculation are used to obtain the defect area of the plate and the tests are conducted on it.Through many tests on the experimental platform,it is proved that the detection algorithm has high detection accuracy and can meet the actual detection needs of manufacturers.
