摘要
阳极腐蚀箔是铝电解电容器中的重要部件.但由于铝箔的厚度极小,在电化学腐蚀过程中,极易在铝箔上形成穿孔,造成阳极铝箔的报废.因此,对阳极铝箔上微穿孔缺陷的检测极为重要.为此建立了一种基于超声导波的微穿孔检测方法,快速准确检出了阳极腐蚀箔上不同大小的穿孔缺陷.同时,建立了超声导波衰减比与穿孔大小的回归曲线,进一步判断出穿孔缺陷的大小.通过实验验证了导波对阳极铝箔微穿孔检测的可行性,为此法后续工程应用提供了基础.
Anodic corrosion foil is an important part of aluminum electrolytic capacitors.However,due to the very small thickness of the aluminum foil,it is easy to form a perforation on the aluminum foil in the process of electrochemical corrosion,resulting in the scrap of the anode aluminum foil.Therefore,it is very important to detect the micro perforation defects on the anode aluminum foil.In this paper,a micro perforation detection method based on ultrasonic guide wave was developed to quickly and accurately detect the perforating defects of different sizes on the anode corrosion foil.At the same time,the regression curve of the ultrasonic guide wave decay ratio and the perforation size was established to further determine the size of the perforation defect.The feasibility of the anode foil was verified,and the basis of subsequent engineering application of the method was provided.
