优质保健管理在女性保健管理工作中的应用价值

Application value of high-quality health care management in women’s health care management

目的分析女性保健管理中的常见问题并探讨应对策略,旨在为我国现代化的女性保健管理工作提供帮助与参考。方法选择2019年11月至2020年11月青岛市黄岛区妇幼保健院的50例女性患者作为实验组,选择2018年10月至2019年10月收治的50例女性患者为对照组。对照组给予常规保健管理服务,实验组在此基础上使用优质保健管理服务。记录所有患者对保健管理工作的满意度、不良事件发生情况以及自我管理能力和健康教育质量评分,对最终数据进行比较。结果实验组患者的保健工作总满意度高于对照组;实验组的不良事件发生情况低于对照组;实验组的自我管理能力、健康教育质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床实施妇女保健管理时,能够显著减少日常工作中存在问题,并针对这类问题进行有效的优质化管理,提高妇女保健管理工作的质量,有良好的推广价值。

Objective To analyze common problems in women’s health care management and discuss coping strategies,in order to provide help and reference for modern women’s health care management in our country.Methods A total of 50 female patients from November 2019 to November 2020 in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huangdao District in Qingdao were selected as the experimental group,and 50 female patients from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the control group.The control group was given routine health care management services,while the experimental group used high-quality health care management services on this basis.The satisfaction with health care management,occurrence of adverse events,self-management ability and health education quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of self-management ability and health education quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical implementation of women’s health care management can significantly reduce the problems in daily work,and carrying out effective and high-quality management for such problems,can improve the quality of women’s health care management,and has good promotion value.
