品管圈在儿科外科重症监护病房住院患儿身体约束中的应用

Application of quality control circle in physical restraint of hospitalized children in pediatric surgical intensive care unit

目的探讨品管圈在儿科外科重症监护病房住院患儿身体约束中的应用。方法2020年2月成立品管圈,通过现况调查,对现况进行原因分析,明确改善重点,对改善重点进行要因和真因解析,全员思考并提出对策,选择并确定切实可行的实施对策,改善并规范身体约束的操作流程,将降低儿科外科重症监护病房住院患儿身体约束率的目标值设定为52.2%。结果开展品管圈活动后,至2020年10月,儿科外科重症监护病房住院患儿身体约束率由70.8%降低到36.4%,目标达成率184.9%,进步率48.59%。结论开展品管圈活动,有助于降低儿科外科重症监护病房住院患儿身体约束率,提高工作质量,提升患儿满意度,同时对团队个人以及工作场所都产生了无形的成果。

Objective To explore the application of quality control circle in physical restraint of hospitalized children in pediatric surgical intensive care unit.Methods In February 2020,the quality control circle was established.Through the current investigation,the cause analysis of the current situation was carried out,the improvement points were identified,and the main reasons and real reasons for the improvement points were analyzed,the operation process of physical restraint was improved and standardized,and the target value was set at 52.2%to reduce the physical restraint rate of children hospitalized in the pediatric surgical intensive care unit.Results By October 2020,the physical restraint rate of the hospitalized children in the pediatric surgical intensive care unit was reduced from 70.8%to 36.4%,with the target achievement rate of 184.9%and the improvement rate of 48.59%.Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities is helpful to reduce the physical restraint rate of children hospitalized in pediatric surgical intensive care unit,improve work quality,improve satisfaction,and produce invisible results to the individual team and the workplace.
