206例呼吸道感染患儿呼吸道六项核酸结果分析

Analysis of six nucleic acid results of respiratory tract in 206 children with respiratory tract infection

目的分析206例呼吸道感染患儿呼吸道六项核酸结果。方法选择2020年7月至2021年6月暨南大学附属顺德医院儿童呼吸道感染患儿206例作为评估对象,均进行咽拭子,采集呼吸道病原菌类型,具体病原菌类型包括:肺炎链球菌(SP)DNA定性、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)RNA定性、腺病毒(ADV)DNA定性、肺炎支原体(MP)DNA定性、流感嗜血杆菌(Hi)DNA定性以及巨细胞病毒(CMV)DNA定性检查结果,统计SP、MP、Hi、ADV、RSV、CMV阳性率以及感染季节分布情况。结果206例患儿中,SP、MP、Hi、ADV、RSV、CMV检出率分别为20.8%、5.8%、12.1%、1.4%、32.5%、27.1%;SP阳性率冬夏季节高,合并感染数冬季、春季较高,夏季、秋季较低。结论呼吸道六项核酸结果表明,儿童呼吸道感染中,RSV、CMV检出率最高,其次为SP,合并感染数冬季、春季较高,表明在对儿童呼吸道感染预防中,需对上述风险因素及季节因素引起重视,保障患儿健康。

Objective To analyze the results of six nucleic acids in 206 children with respiratory tract infection.Methods From July 2020 to June 2021,206 children with respiratory tract infection in Shunde Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University were selected as objects of study.Throat swabs were taken to collect the types of respiratory tract pathogens,including Streptococcus pneumoniae(SP)DNA characterization,respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)RNA characterization,Adenovirus(ADV)DNA characterization,Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)DNA characterization,Haemophilus influenzae(Hi)DNA characterization and cytomegalovirus(CMV)DNA characterization.The positive rates of SP,MP,Hi,ADV,RSV and CMV and the seasonal distribution of infection were counted.Results Among 206 children,the detection rates of SP,MP,Hi,ADV,RSV and CMV were 20.8%,5.8%,12.1%,1.4%,32.5%and 27.1%respectively.The positive rate of SP was high in winter and summer,and the number of co-infection was higher in winter and spring,but lower in summer and autumn.Conclusion The analysis of six nucleic acid results of respiratory tract shows that among children with respiratory tract infection,the detection rates of RSV and CMV are the highest,followed by SP,and the number of combined infections is higher in winter and spring,indicating that in the prevention of children’s respiratory tract infection,attention should be paid to the above risk factors and seasonal factors to help children achieve physical health.
