言语训练对语言发育迟缓儿童语言功能的影响

Effect of speech training on language function of children with language development delay

目的探讨言语训练对语言发育迟缓儿童言语功能的影响,分析语言发育迟缓儿童接受言语训练的治疗效果,为临床早期言语干预提供科学依据。方法选取2019年8月至2021年6月在湘雅三医院门诊言语治疗室接受言语训练的20例发育迟缓患儿,对20例儿童进行为期3个月的言语训练,使用《S-S语言发育迟缓检查法》对儿童治疗前后的言语功能予以评定。分析言语训练对语言理解和言语表达能力的作用。结果患儿接受3个月言语训练后,言语理解能力大于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经言语训练3个月后,痊愈人数多于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期言语训练能有效提高语言发育迟缓儿童的言语理解能力,促进语言发育迟缓儿童尽快恢复,因此积极开展语言发育迟缓早期筛查工作,尽早康复干预很有必要。

Objective To explore the effect of speech training on the speech function of children with language development delay,to analyze the treatment effect of children with language development delay,and to provide a scientific basis for early clinical speech intervention.Methods A total of 20 children with speech retardation who received speech training in the Outpatient Speech Treatment Room of the Third Xiangya Hospital from August 2019 to June 2021 were selected,20 children received speech training for three months,and the speech function of children before and after treatment was assessed using the S-S Language retardation Examination Method.The role of speech training on language understanding and speech expression ability was analyzed.Results After three months of speech training,the children’s speech comprehension ability after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After three months of speech training,the number of recovered children was more than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early speech training can effectively improve the speech comprehension ability of children with language development delay and promote the recovery of children as soon as possible.Therefore,it is necessary to actively carry out early screening of language development delay and early rehabilitatio n intervention.
