基于运动手环的运动量化干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖水平及围产期并发症的影响

Effect of quantitative exercise intervention based on exercise bracelet on blood glucose level and perinatal complications in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨基于运动手环的运动量化干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖水平及围产期并发症的影响。方法选取2020年6月至12月某区妇幼保健院的120例妊娠糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。两组从确诊至分娩均接受常规产前检查和日常运动指导,观察组在此基础上佩戴运动手环,专科护士动态监测患者运动情况并予适时运动量化干预。比较两组患者在入组时、干预2周、干预2个月后的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h BG),比较入组时、干预2个月后的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),比较两组患者在入组时、干预2周、干预2个月后的每日运动步数及时间,比较两组围产期并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组的日均运动步数及运动时间多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的FBG及2 h BG水平、HbA1c及围产期并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用运动手环远程监测妊娠糖尿病患者运动情况,并实施运动量化干预可改善患者的血糖变化水平及妊娠结局,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of quantitative exercise intervention based on exercise bracelet on exercise bracelet on blood glucose level and perinatal complications in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from June to December 2020 in maternal and child health care hospital in a district were selected and divided into the control group(60 cas es)and the observation group(60 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups received routine prenatal examination and daily exercise instruction from diagnosis to delivery,on this basis,patients in the observation group wore the exercise bracelet,and specialized nurses dynamically monitored the patients’exercise status and gave timely quantitative exercise intervention.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 h BG),daily exercise steps and time at the time of admission,2 weeks of intervention,and 2 months after intervention were compared.The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)at the time of admission and 2 months after intervention was compared.The incidence of perinatal complications was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the average number of daily exercise steps and exercise time in the observation group were more than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG and 2 h BG,HbA1c and the total incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Remote monitoring of movement in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can improve blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome,it is worth promoting.
