磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害的临床价值

Clinical value of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial damage

目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月内蒙古自治区满洲里市人民医院收治的240例小儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害患儿作为研究对象,按照电脑随机法将其分为A组(120例)与B组(120例)。A组采用果糖二磷酸钠口服治疗,B组采用磷酸肌酸钠静脉滴注治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、心肌酶指标水平及药物不良反应发生率。结果B组的治疗总有效率高于A组,不良反应总发生率低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组的肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDB)水平低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害,可促进心肌酶指标水平恢复正常,临床治疗兼具有效性及安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial damage.Methods A total of 240 children with rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial damage who were admitted to Manzhouli People’s Hospital,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into group A(120 cases)and group B(120 cases)by computer-generated randomization.Group A was treated with Sodium Fructose Diphosphate orally,and group B was treated with intravenous drip of Creatine Phosphate Sodium.The total effective rate of treatment,myocardial enzyme levels and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was higher than that in group A,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Creatine kinase(CKMB),lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDB)index levels were lower than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial damage can restore the level of myocardial enzymes to normal,a nd make clinical treatment both effective and safe.
