整体护理模式在女性泌尿系统结石患者输尿管镜激光碎石术围手术期护理中的应用

Application of holistic nursing model in perioperative nursing of female patients with urolithiasis undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy

目的观察女性泌尿系统结石患者在输尿管镜激光碎石术围手术期护理中整体护理模式的应用价值。方法选取于南京鼓楼医院集团安庆市石化医院2019年1月至2020年1月住院治疗的64例女性泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组,每组各32例。对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者在对照组的基础上予以体位护理、术中护理及双J管护理等措施的整体护理模式。比较两组患者围手术期的临床观察指标、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的手术时间、术后下床时间以及住院时间短于对照组,出血、逆行感染及膀胱痉挛等术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性泌尿系统结石患者输尿管镜激光碎石术围手术期护理中采用整体护理模式有助于促进患者恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,有一定的应用价值。

Objective To observe the application value of holistic nursing mode in perioperative nursing of female patients with urolithiasis during ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 64 female patients with urolithiasis who were hospitalized in Anqing Petrochemical Hospital Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,patients in the study group were given posture nursing,intraoperative nursing and double J tube nursing and other measures of the holistic nursing mode on the basis of the control group.Perioperative clinical observation indexes,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time,postoperative time of getting out of bed,hospital stay of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the total incidence of postoperative complications such as bleeding,retrograde infection and bladder spasm in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing model in perioperative nursing of female patients with urolithiasis during ureteroscopic lithotripsy is helpful to promote recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which has certain application value.
