综合性护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用价值

Application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of neonatal jaundice

目的探讨黄疸新生儿采用综合性护理的效果。方法选取铜陵市枞阳县人民医院新生儿科2019年7月至2021年1月收治的60例黄疸新生儿,按照随机摸球法分为A组(n=30)与B组(n=30)。B组采用常规护理,A组采用综合性护理,对两组临床相关指标、血清胆红素水平、家属护理满意度进行比较。结果A组的黄疸消退时间、住院时间短于B组(P<0.05)。干预后两组的血清胆红素水平低于干预前,且A组的血清胆红素水平低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组家属的护理总满意度高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄疸新生儿采用综合性护理干预,可缩短患儿黄疸消退时间及住院时间,降低血清胆红素水平,提高家属护理满意度。

Objective To investigate application effect of comprehensive nursing in neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 60 neonates with jaundice who were admitted to the Neonatology Department of Tongling Zongyang People’s Hospital from July 2019 to January 2021 were selected.They were divided into group A(n=30)and group B(n=30)according to the random touch-ball method,group B was intervened by routine nursing,and group A was intervened by comprehensive nursing.The clinical related indicators,serum bilirubin level,and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The jaundice subsidence time and hospital stay in group A were shorter than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum bilirubin levels in both groups were lower than those before intervention,the serum bilirubin level in group A was lower than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of family members in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for neonates with jaundice can shorten the jaundice subsidence time and hospitalization time,reduce the serum bilirubin level,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
