The medical record file truly records the whole process of the occurrence,development,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of the patient’s disease,the diseases of women and children have their own particularities,and their medical record files contain a lot of personal privacy.The deep integration of information technology and medical treatment provides new means and methods for medical record file management,but at the same time,it also brings new challenges to the security and privacy protection of patient medical data and information.Medical record file management and confidentiality is an important task of the hospital,in accordance with the current laws and regulations of our country,improve the medical record file supervision system,through innovative file management mode,strengthen data security management and privacy protection,and improve the level of information management of medical record files.
