新生儿脐带绕颈致多发性脐带出血死亡1例

A death case report of multiple umbilical cord hemorrhage caused by the nuchal cord in neonates

脐带绕颈是指脐带缠绕胎儿颈部1周及以上,约占分娩总数的20%,是胎儿分娩时的常见并发症,可导致脐带受压、脐带破裂出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息等严重后果,危及胎儿生命。本文回顾分析1例脐带绕颈致多发性脐带出血的新生儿临床病历资料及死后尸体解剖资料,并查阅相关研究文献,探讨新生儿脐带绕颈致多发性脐带出血死亡的临床病理学特点及法医学鉴定要点。

Nuchal cord means that the umbilical cord wraps around the fetal neck one or more times,accounting for about 20%of births.As a common complication during fetal delivery,it can lead to the occurrence of severe adverse outcomes such as umbilical cord compression,umbilical cord rupture and bleeding,fetal distress,and neonatal asphyxia,which endanger the life of the fetus.In this paper,the clinicopathological features and the main points of forensic identification for the multiple umbilical cord hemorrhage caused by the nuchal cord in neonates were investigated and discussed according to the relevant literature,the clinical medical records and postmortem autopsy data of a death case.
