摘要
制备了一种双组分水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料,探讨了固化剂种类及配比、不同羟基水性丙烯酸分散体、特种疏水助剂、附着力促进剂等因素对涂膜初期耐水的影响。结果表明,磺酸盐改性聚异氰酸酯固化剂及疏水低黏度脂肪族聚异氰酸酯固化剂以质量比7/3搭配使用,耐水性更好。高羟水性丙烯酸分散体在自干24 h时制备的涂膜初期耐水性能好;搭配有机硅疏水剂、氨基改性硅烷偶联剂等助剂均可提高涂膜的初期耐水性。
A kind of two-component waterborne acrylic polyurethane coatings was prepared,and the effects of curing agent types and proportions,waterborne acrylic dispersions with different hydroxyl groups,special hydrophobic additives,adhesion promoters and other factors on the initial water resistance of the coatings film were discussed.The results show that when the ratio between sulfonate-modified isocyanate curing agent and hydrophobic low-viscosity aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent is 7/3,the water resistance is better.The initial water resistance of the coatings film prepared with the high-hydroxyl waterborne acrylic dispersion after 24 h of self-drying is good;with silicone hydrophobic agent,amino-modified silane coupling agent and other additives can improve the initial water resistance of the coatings film.
