Coatings Applicator Qualification Certification Procedure and Implementation for FPSO Topside Modules

采用“人机料法环(5M)”工法,参考NACE No.13/SSPC-ASC-1《工业涂层和衬里应用专家资格认证》(Industrial Coating and Lining Application Specialist Qualification and Certification)[1]联合标准的相关要求,通过定制化的课堂教学、涂装工艺测试(Coating Procedure Test,简称CPT)[2]样板实操测试,并结合对相关涂装工作经验的评估,对从事海洋浮动石油生产工厂(FPSO)上部模块的表面处理和涂装的相关操作人员进行资格认证,用以满足高端海工项目FPSO的建造规范和标准的相关技术要求和质量保证。

The“Man-Machine-Material-Method-Management(5M)”principle is adopted with reference to the related requirements in the joint standard NACE No.13/SSPC-ACS-1“Industrial Coating and Lining Application Specialist Qualification and Certification”[1].Through customized classroom training,CPT(Coating Procedure Test)[2]panel hand-on tests and assessment of related painting work experience,the qualification of related operators engaging in surface treatment and painting for FPSO topside modules is certified to meet the related technical requirements of FPSO high-end offshore engineering project construction specifications and standards and quality assurance.
