摘要 药代动力学和药效动力学是药理学课程的两大核心内容。针对因课时和内容篇幅限制、药代动力学学科基础知识特殊性等,所致的药理学课程中药代动力学部分教学存在内容抽象难懂、理论知识和应用缺乏联系、知识点分散、教学内容专业针对性不强等问题,文章提出通过整合和优化教学内容,以应用需求引起学生兴趣、以核心知识点为引擎展开教学,以及归纳重点知识及规律性知识、加强专业针对性等方式提高教学质量和效果。 Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics are two cores in the course of pharmacology. Both teaching and learning pharmacokinetics are challenging due to limited class hours and the particularity of basic knowledge of pharmacokinetics, and the major problems identified include abstract content, lack of connection between theoretical knowledge and its application, scattered knowledge points, and weak professional pertinence. Considering the above problems, the author has adopted various strategies of integrating and optimizing teaching contents, motivating the students with real needs, focusing on core knowledge points, summarizing and highlighting key and regular knowledge points, and strengthening professional pertinence, so that teaching quality and effect can be improved.
