磨刷条件下钛表面氮化钛镀膜颜色稳定性的实验研究

摘要 目的:研究牙刷磨刷对钛铸件氮化钛镀膜颜色稳定性的影响。方法:采用等离子镀膜方法在纯钛表面形成氮化钛镀膜,然后在Ⅴ型往复式牙刷磨耗试验机上对有镀膜的钛试件表面进行磨刷10800次,磨刷压力150 g,以模拟半年的刷牙条件。用分光测色仪测定磨刷前后氮化钛镀膜的颜色参数L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)值和总色差值(ΔE),以评价颜色稳定性。结果:磨刷前后氮化钛镀膜的L;值和a;值变化不显著(P>0.05),b;值变小(P<0.01),镀膜的黄色下降,蓝色增加。镀膜磨刷前后的总色差ΔE为0.86±0.07,未达到人眼可分辨最小总色差值(ΔE 1.5-2.0)。结论:采用等离子镀膜方法在纯钛表面形成的氮化钛镀膜具有优良的耐磨耗性能和黏附性能,采用模拟刷牙半年时间的体外磨刷试验后,氮化钛镀膜的颜色稳定,未发生肉眼可觉察的颜色变化。 Objective:To study the effect of toothbrush grinding on the color stability of titanium nitride coatings on titanium castings.Methods:The titanium nitride coating was formed on the surface of pure titanium by the plasma coating method,and then the surface of the coated titanium specimen was brushed 10,800 times on a V-type reciprocating toothbrush abrasion tester with a brushing pressure of 150 g to simulate the brushing conditions for half a year.The L^(*)、a^(*)and b^(*)value is measured and color difference values(ΔE)calculation method to compare the change of its color before and after the treatment.Results:The L;value and a;value of the titanium nitride coating before and after grinding did not change significantly(P>0.05),the b;value became smaller(P<0.01),the yellowness of the coating decreased and the blueness increased.The total color differenceΔE before and after coating is 0.86±0.07,which does not reach the minimum total color difference that can be distinguished by the human eyes(ΔE 1.5-2.0).Conclusion:The titanium nitride coating formed on the surface of pure titanium by the plasma coating method has excellent wear resistance and adhesion properties.After the in vitro brushing test simulating tooth brushing for half a year,the color of the titanium nitride coating is stable,and no visible color change occurs.
