摘要 哮喘是一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,其临床特征及免疫学和分子病因学往往因人而异。近些年,随着微生物代谢组学分析的兴起,临床中发现肺和肠道微生物群落在健康免疫反应的发展、调节和维持中均起着重要作用,并由此诞生了“肠-肺轴”这一概念。肺和肠道微生物群落的失调会影响哮喘的发展、临床特征和治疗反应。不同微生物群落对哮喘的影响程度及作用机制还不清楚,本文就最近发现的肺和肠道微生物群落之间的联系及其对哮喘的影响进行综述,为哮喘的诊断和个性化诊疗提供新的思路。 Asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease with an increasing incidence year by year. Its clinical characteristics, immunology, and molecular etiology often vary from person to person. In recent years, with the rise of microbial metabolomics analysis, it has been found that microbial communities of lung and intestinal play an important role in the development, regulation, and maintenance of healthy immune response, thus giving birth to the concept of“entero-pulmonary axis”. Microbial communities of lung and intestinal affects the development, clinical features, and treatment response of asthma. The effects and mechanisms of different microbial communities on bronchial asthma are still unclear. In this paper, we review the relationship between microbial communities of lung and intestinal and their effects on asthma, providing new ideas for the diagnosis and personalized treatment of asthma.
