摘要
安徽铜冠有色金属(池州)有限责任公司三连炉于2018年改造投产,除正常处理来自侧吹炉的热渣外,烟化炉还需要搭配处理一些含锌杂料。但是,烟化炉弃渣含锌量波动较大,直接影响企业生产经营。因此,本文通过开展生产试验,从渣型、煤质、还原时间、冷料加入方式和加入量等方面入手,分析了降低烟化炉弃渣含锌量的方法,以期提高综合生产效益。
The triple furnace of Anhui Tongguan Nonferrous Metals (Chizhou) Co.,Ltd.was renovated and put into operation in 2018,in addition to the normal processing of hot slag from the side-blown furnace,the fuming furnace also needs to deal with some zinc-containing miscellaneous materials.However,the zinc content of the slag of the fuming furnace fluctuates greatly,which directly affects the production and operation of the enterprise.Therefore,by carrying out production trials,this paper analyzes the method of reducing the zinc content of the slag of the fuming furnace from the aspects of slag type,coal quality,reduction time,adding method and amount of cold material,in order to improve the comprehensive production efficiency.
