京港澳高速耒宜段交通噪声污染特征与对策研究

Research on Traffic Noise Pollution Characteristics and Countermeasures of Leiyang-Yizhang Section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway

摘要 本研究在京港澳高速K1745~K1760区间选择5个具有代表性的村庄,在昼、夜间交通流量的高峰时段和平峰时段进行噪声监测试验,综合分析了各村庄声环境质量现状和交通噪声污染特征。分析显示,公路两侧100 m范围内的4a类、2类声环境功能区昼间交通噪声污染问题并不明显,但夜间交通噪声污染问题十分突出;大型挂车为交通噪声污染的主要贡献者;各监测点昼夜间的等效连续A声级(L_(eq))波动不大;耒宜段交通噪声以中低频为主。针对交通噪声污染现状,笔者提出了一些防治措施。 In this study,five representative villages are selected in the K1745~K1760 section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway,and noise monitoring experiments are carried out during the peak hours and the off-peak hours of the traffic flow during the day and night,so as to comprehensively analyze the status quo of acoustic environment quality and traffic noise pollution characteristics in each village.The analysis shows that the traffic noise pollution problem is not obvious in the daytime in the class 4a and class 2 acoustic environment functional zones within 100 m on both sides of the highway,but the traffic noise pollution problem at night is very prominent;large trailers are the main contributors to traffic noise pollution;the equivalent continuous A acoustic level (L_(eq)) of each monitoring point fluctuates little during the day and night;the traffic noise in the Leiyang-Yizhang section is mainly at medium and low frequencies.In view of the status quo of traffic noise pollution,the author puts forward some preventive measures.
