摘要
钢铁行业对冶金固废,特别是含铁含锌尘泥的处置需求激增,转底炉已经成为业内公认的含铁含锌尘泥处置最佳工艺。但是,转底炉还存在能耗高、能源成本占比过大的问题,需要不断优化能耗指标,提高能源利用率。本文结合转底炉的常规工艺流程,分析转底炉能耗高的主要环节,并进行工艺和设备创新,在生产实践中实现转底炉的节能应用。
The iron and steel industry has a surge in demand for the disposal of metallurgical solid waste,especially iron and zinc dust sludge,and the rotary hearth furnace has become the industry recognized best process for the disposal of iron and zinc dust sludge.However,the rotary hearth furnace still has the problems of high energy consumption and excessive energy cost,which needs to continuously optimize energy consumption indicators and improve energy utilization.Combined with the conventional process flow of rotary hearth furnace,this paper analyzes the main links of high energy consumption of rotary hearth furnace,and carries out process and equipment innovation to realize the energy-saving application of rotary hearth furnace in production practice.
