摘要 能源清洁低碳转型是国民经济可持续发展与应对全球气候变化的迫切要求。在全国上下稳步推进碳达峰、碳中和的背景下,湖北省电力系统依然存在部分突出问题。新能源发电弃风弃光弃水率居高不下,电力系统综合效率不高,源网荷储环节协调不够,各类电源互补互济不足。国网湖北省电力有限公司需要立足湖北省能源特色与电网禀赋特征,加强研究和实践探索,在电源侧、电网侧、负荷侧和储能侧持续发力,构建符合国家能源发展战略、具有国家电网有限公司特色的源网荷储协调运行模式,助力碳达峰、碳中和目标快速实现。 The clean and low-carbon transformation of energy is an urgent requirement for the sustainable development of the national economy and the response to global climate change.In the context of the steady progress of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality across the state,there are still some outstanding problems in the power system of Hubei Province.The rate of abandonment of wind,light and water for new energy power generation remains high,the overall efficiency of the power system is not high,the coordination of the generation-grid-load-storage is insufficient,and various types of power sources are not complementary to each other.State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co.,Ltd.needs to strengthen research and practical exploration based on the energy characteristics and power grid endowment characteristics of Hubei Province,and continue to make efforts on the power supply side,power grid side,load side and energy storage side,and build a coordinated operation model of generation-grid-load-storage that conforms to the national energy development strategy and has the characteristics of State Grid Corporation of China,so as to help achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality quickly.
