善于总结理论和实践经验,运用系统思维思考问题、分析问题、解决问题,是马克思主义政党的鲜明品质和优良传统。站在建党百年的时代风口,经历百年未有之大变局,以党的政治建设为系统,以政治思想、政治制度、政治组织、政治作风、政治纪律为元素,从经典作家关于党的政治纲领、政治原则和中华优秀传统文化中关于忠诚、奉献、天下为公的论述中寻根党的政治建设的思想基础;从如何构建政治规范体系和坚持政治高线与政治底线原则出发,筑牢党的政治建设的制度保障;以增强政治性的价值引领、培养锻炼优秀干部和强化基层党的组织力为抓手,夯实党的政治建设的组织堡垒;以创新作风建设的新理路和树立优良政治作风典型形象引领作风示范;以强调固守政治规矩和与时俱进创新发展政治纪律建设为手段,加强党的政治建设的纪律保证。五维向度作为一个有机整体,统一于党的政治建设系统之中。
