浅谈我国高校标准化人才教育与培养的现状及发展建议

A Brief Discussion about Standardization Talent Education and Cultivation at Colleges and Universities in China

标准化工作在便利经贸往来、支撑产业发展、促进科技进步、规范社会治理中的作用日益凸显。近期美国、欧盟等纷纷发布了新的标准化战略,以期提高标准在促进创新、技术商业化、基础设施、社会管理和提高竞争力等方面的作用。国外很多高校非常重视标准化方面的教育。我国高校近年来逐步引入标准化等学科方向或专业,通过多种形式开展标准化人才的培养,对加快标准化专业人才和复合型人才培养起到了积极促进作用。国家标准委也一直将标准化人才培养作为工作要点去推进。本文通过对国内外标准化教育的现状进行梳理和探讨,并对今后的标准化教育提出建议,以期为今后高校开展标准化教育提供参考和借鉴。

Standardization plays an increasingly prominent role in facilitating economic and trade exchanges, supporting industrial development, promoting scientific and technological progress and regulating social governance. Recently, the United States and the European Union have issued new versions of standardization strategies in order to improve the role of standards in promoting innovation, technology commercialization, infrastructure and social management and improving competitiveness. Many foreign universities attach great importance to standardization education. In recent years, colleges and universities in China have gradually introduced discipline directions or majors such as standardization,and carried out the training of standardization talents through various forms, which has played a positive role in accelerating the talent cultivation. SAC has been promoting the cultivation of standardization talent as a key priority.This paper collects and discusses the current situation of standardization education at home and abroad, and gives some suggestions in order to provide reference for colleges and universities to carry out standardization education in the future.
