在分析市、县(区)文化市场综合执法工作存在问题的基础上,从执法机构、执法人员、执法培训、执法保障、执法办案、法制建设、执法考评7个维度构建了3个层级的市、县(区)文化市场综合执法队伍建设标准体系框架。本文阐述了标准体系框架的具体内容,为我国市、县(区)文化市场综合执法队伍规范化建设提供技术支持。

Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the comprehensive law enforcement of the city and county(district) cultural market, this paper constructs a standards system framework for the construction of the comprehensive law enforcement team of the city and county(district) cultural market at three levels from seven dimensions: law enforcement agencies, law enforcement personnel, law enforcement training, law enforcement guarantee, law enforcement case handling, legal construction and law enforcement evaluation. It also expounds the specific contents of the standards system framework, so as to provide technical support for the standardization construction of comprehensive law enforcement team in China’s city and county(district) cultural market.
