Suggestions on the Revision of National Standard of Air Compressor Lubricants

空气压缩机润滑剂国际分类标准最新版本ISO 6743-3:2003内容发生很大变化。我国现行空气压缩机润滑剂产品标准存在一些问题,需要参照国际分类标准和国外产品标准对我国现行空气压缩机润滑剂产品标准进行修订。本文对新修订标准的各项指标提出建议,对往复式和回转式空气压缩机润滑剂氧化安定性进行了研究,提出最佳测定方法。新修订的标准将进一步提示空气压缩机润滑剂在技术和市场方面的发展方向,进一步促进我国空气压缩机润滑剂产品的升级换代,增强市场竞争力。

Great changes have taken place in the international classification standard ISO 6743-3:2003 on air compressor lubricants. There are some problems in China’s current air compressor oil standard, which needs to be revised according to the international classification and foreign product standards. This paper puts forward suggestions on the indicators of the newly revised standard, studies the oxidation stability of reciprocating and rotary air compressor lubricants, and proposes the best measurement method on oxidation stability. The new standard will further prompt the development direction of air compressor lubricants in terms of both technology and market, further promote the upgrading of lubricants in China, and enhance the market competitiveness of lubricants.
