Exploration on the Standardization System of Grass-roots Service Positions for the Disabled in Beijing

本文以北京市残疾人基层服务阵地标准体系构建为研究切入点,阐述我国残疾人基层服务阵地标准化建设现状,并围绕构建依据、构建原则、模型框架、体系结构四个方面展开探索,在此基础上,提出标准体系建立与实施的建议,以期为北京市残疾人基层服务阵地标准化建设提供有益思考。

Starting with the construction of the standards system on grass-roots service positions for the disabled in Beijing, this paper expounds the current situation of the standardization construction of grass-roots service positions for the disabled in China, and explores the four aspects of construction basis, construction principle, model framework and system structure. On this basis, it puts forward suggestions on the construction and implementation of the standards system in order to provide useful thoughts for the standardization construction of grass-roots service positions for the disabled in Beijing.
