摘要
为提升医学生岗位胜任力,湖北医药学院探索出贯穿医学生全教学周期的临床技能教学体系。临床专业新生入校即接受基本急救技能训练,临床基本技能线上学习;二年级学习《临床技能实训》课程;三年级多元化实验室开放练习和选修专业技能课;四五年级依次参加全校临床技能统考、临床实习、毕业技能考核。混合式教学模式,革新教学方法和临床技能考核评价体系。经过实践,该教学体系有效提升了医学生综合能力,提高了教师的教学和教研能力,改革效果良好。
To improve the competence of medical students, Hubei University of Medicine has explored a clinical skill teaching system that runs through the entire teaching cycle of medical students. Freshmen in clinical majors receive basic first aid skill training and online learning of basic clinical skills;the second grade learns the course of "Clinical Skill Training";Third-year medical students implement diversified laboratory open exercises and elective professional skill courses;The fourth and fifth grades take part in the school’s clinical skill test, clinical practice, and graduation skill assessment. Blended teaching mode, innovative teaching methods and clinical skill assessment system focus on curriculum ideology and politics throughout the process. Through practice, the teaching system has effectively improved the comprehensive ability of medical students and the teaching and research capabilities of teachers with good reform effect.
