摘要
优质的地方公费师范生是补充本省农村中小学师资的最佳来源,对提升偏远、农村中小学教育公平性起到关键作用。高校培养期间,帮助公费师范生适应自我学习和提升学习内生动力,需要提高学业规划的标准化程度。
High-quality local public-funded normal university students are the best source to supplement the teachers of rural primary and secondary school teachers in this province, which plays a key role in improving the fairness of remote and rural primary and secondary school education.
