间歇性经口胃管置管鼻饲在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的标准化应用效果观察

Effect of Intermittent Transorogastric Tube Nasogastric Feeding on Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的:研究间歇性经口胃管置管鼻饲在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的标准化应用效果。方法:随机分组,观察组在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中应用间歇性经口胃管置管鼻饲+康复护理,对照组在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中应用间歇性经口胃管置管鼻饲,两组脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的营养情况、吞咽功能VGF评分、标准化应用效果、生活质量评分、并发症情况。结果:两组脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的营养情况、吞咽功能VGF评分、标准化应用效果、生活质量评分、并发症情况对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:间歇性经口胃管置管鼻饲+康复护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的标准化应用效果显著优于间歇性经口胃管置管鼻饲。

Objective: To study the standardized application effect of intermittent nasogastric feeding via oral and gastric tube in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods: The cases were divided randomly into two groups. The observation group used intermittent nasogastric feeding via oral and gastric tube + rehabilitation nursing, and the control group used intermittent nasogastric feeding via oral and gastric tube. The nutrition situation, swallowing function VGF scale,standardized application effect, life quality score and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in nutritional status, VGF score of swallowing function, standardized application effect, quality of life score and complications of stroke patients with dysphagia(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of intermittent nasogastric feeding via oral and gastric tube + rehabilitation nursing in the standardized application of stroke patients with dysphagia is significantly better than intermittent nasogastric feeding via oral and gastric tube.
