标准化抢救护理流程在骨科创伤救护中的应用效果

Application Effect of Standardized Rescue and Nursing Process in Orthopedic Trauma Rescue

目的:探究骨科创伤救护过程中应用标准化抢救护理流程效果。方法:利用随机数字表法将2019年5月~2021年5月于中国人民解放军陆军第八十集团军医院骨科接受救护的60例骨科创伤患者随机分为A组和B组,每组各30例。其中,A组在抢救护理中实施标准化流程,B组则仅实施常规化流程,对比A、B组在满意度、救护时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、改良Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)指标上的差异。结果:A组患者满意度对比B组更高(P<0.05)。A组救护时间短于B组(P<0.05)。两组干预后的各项评分均低于干预前,且干预后A组各项评分均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科创伤救护中,将抢救护理流程标准化,可取得更好的效果,值得应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of applying standardized rescue and nursing process in the process of orthopedic trauma rescue. Methods: 60 orthopedic trauma patients treated from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 30 patients in each group. Group A implemented standardized process in rescue care, while group B only implemented routine process. The differences in satisfaction, rescue time, anxiety selfevaluation scale(SAS), visual simulation pain score(VAS), and improved Oswestry Disfunction index(ODI) indicators between group A and group B were compared. Results: The satisfaction in group A is higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The rescue time in Group A was shorter than that in Group B(P<0.05). The scores after intervention were lower than those before intervention in the two groups, and the scores after intervention in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: In orthopedic trauma rescue, standardizing the rescue care process can achieve better results, and it is worth application.
