多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像在腕关节损伤诊断标准中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察并分析在腕关节损伤诊断标准中应用多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像的价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年2月齐齐哈尔市中医医院接收的98例腕关节损伤患者,给予多层螺旋CT检查和核磁共振成像检查,对比单一多层螺旋CT检查、单一核磁共振成像检查及二者联合检查的结果。结果:多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像的腕关节损伤确诊率、骨折及关节脱位检出率、移位碎骨折片及隐匿性骨折检出率均明显高于单一多层螺旋CT及单一核磁共振成像检出率(P<0.05)。结论:在腕关节损伤诊断标准中应用多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像检查,具有较高确诊率,可以有效检出骨折、关节脱位、移位碎骨折片、隐匿性骨折等具体情况,为临床诊治提供可靠依据。 Objective: To observe and analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) combined with Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of wrist joint injury. Methods: 98 patients with wrist injury in Qiqihar Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected to receive MSCT and MRI,and the results of single MSCT, single MRI and their combined examinations were compared. Results: The diagnosis rate of wrist joint injury, fracture and dislocation rate, displaced broken fracture and hidden fracture rate of MSCT combined with MRI were significantly higher than those of single MSCT and single MRI(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of MSCT combined with MRI in the diagnosis criteria of wrist joint injury has a high diagnosis rate and can effectively detect fractures, joint dislocation, displaced fracture fragments, hidden fractures and other specific conditions, providing a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
