香港打造服务“一带一路”投融资平台及其释放效应研究

中国香港作为国际著名金融中心,拥有发达的服务业和完善的基础设施,为其参与共建“一带一路”奠定了坚实基础。香港要通过立足国际金融中心的角色定位,推动完善沿线项目在港融资机制;以全球离岸人民币业务枢纽中心建设为契机,吸引香港金融机构参与“一带一路”沿线建设项目;发挥好香港服务业发达的独特优势,扮演好三方合作超级中介角色;借助香港与国际接轨的营商环境,打造服务“一带一路”建设的投融资平台,既有助于推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展,也有利于香港更好融入国家发展大局。

As an internationally renowned financial center,Hong Kong has a developed service industry and perfect infrastructure,which has laid a solid foundation for its participation in the joint construction of the Belt and Road.By positioning itself as an international financial center,Hong Kong should promote and improve the financing mechanism for projects along the route in Hong Kong;take the construction of a global offshore RMB business hub as an opportunity to attract Hong Kong financial institutions to participate in the construction projects along the Belt and Road;make good use of Hong Kong’s developed service industry unique advantages,play the role of super intermediary in tripartite cooperation;with the help of Hong Kong’s business environment that is in line with international standards,creating an investment and financing platform for the construction of the Belt and Road will not only help promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative,but also help Hong Kong better integrate into the overall development of the country.
